When your package arrives, please check the items with your account order details.​



Due to the exclusive nature of our business and demand for our product exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase in original packaged condition with original sales receipt. We only offer refunds if there is an error or mistake on our end.

 

Please NOTE: The images in website are for your reference only. Different settings on individual monitors may distort or change colors, all kinds prevail.

We are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions. We find that we have remarkably low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.


​We understand that picking the right color or texture might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened Tropical Hair Extension set for a set of the right color. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.



Exchange or Return my order

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with.

RETURNS
We will only consider returns on hair extension products if the bundle is unused and remains untied.

● Returned packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
● Returns over 7 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
● Merchandise must be received before a return can be granted.
● Shipping, handling and insurance costs will be at the customer's expense.

EXCHANGES
● The hair must not be untied from the bundle.
● We offer one exchange per original order.
● Shipping and Handling costs will be at the customer's expense.



You must contact us prior to sending your exchange as our return address is different from the address we ship our hair extensions from. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your exchange.


Please note that exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied as returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse facility.



Steps for Return or Exchange

You must contact us first through form or Call within the industry leading thirty (7) day exchange period. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All Tropical Hair items must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued. All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.


We will then provide you with our return address USA (Miami, Florida) Caribbean or (St. Maarten) where the exchanged item will be inspected to qualify for an exchange. Used merchandise will not be exchanged and will be returned.



FOLLOW THESE STEPS FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

● All returns must be accompanied with an RMA number, Fill out this Form or call us to request a RMA number.

● Contact us to receive your RMA number. Let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. We will ask

     you to pay all shipping and product balances before we ship your order.
● Refunds and Exchanges must have an RMA number created within 30 days from day of purchase.
● Package your products properly for shipping. It is also advised that you purchase shipping insurance to

    ensure safe delivery of your merchandise.
● Write your RMA number on the outside of your package.
● After we receive your package, allow up to 48 hours for your return to be processed.



You are responsible for all exchange and return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as Tropical Hair will not be held responsible for lost returns.


Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you. Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed.



Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or an item you didn't order, please contact us to initiate a return and exchange. We will reward you a discount in your future orders and also may refund.



Tropical Hair non-exchangeable if tampered with

Virgin extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy with regards to exchanging or return of merchandise. All items sent to us for exchange or return will be inspected thoroughly. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, we will not accept any refunds or exchanges for the merchandise. This includes combing, brushing, washing, dying, curling, braiding, spraying, wearing, etc. If such an item is returned to us, the item will be held for 10 days pending the product inspection and payment of shipping charges to have it returned to them.

We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.



Refund Policy

As soon we as accept your cancelling orders or returning items, we will arrange the refund at the condition of following rules:

● If there is an error or mistake in the order on our behalf.
● If the items has not been shipped within the shipping period time, we refund within 3 working days. (we will contact if item is backordered)

● To the returning item(s), we check and arrange the refunds within 7 working days of receipt of the shipment.


● To PayPal customers, we refund to your Tropical Hair credit account, or back to your credit card account and inform you via e-mail.
● Credit  to Tropical Hair account in your future orders.
